Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa and Joe Giudice are trying to sell their tony Towaco, NJ suburban home for $3.99 million. They bought it in 2002 for $530,000. Both husband and wife have pleaded guilty to multiple fraud charges and will be sentenced on October 2.
The Giudices own two other homes including a modest one in the city of Paterson, NJ, which Joe bought for $88,200 before he married Teresa, (the deed is now in Teresa’s name). It’s difficult to imagine Teresa moving back to Paterson, that’s where she and brother Joe Gorga were raised. So it’s likely that the Giudices would move into their beach house in Beach Haven West. It’s a sizable peach stucco with a big boat in the front and an expansive patio in the back. It’s where her daughters like to wash their little plastic cars. In a tour of the house for Bravo, Teresa assures audiences that her daughters keep their clothes on while washing their cars. Nobody had asked about that, for the record.
