A new Rasmussen Reports survey finds that 33 percent of “Likely Voters” rate the current health care system as good or excellent. Thirty-one percent describe the system as poor. 36 percent expect the health care system to get better under Obamscare. The national telephone survey was conducted on April 19-20, 2014. Of the 1,000 participants, 905 said they have health insurance.
In a separate Rasmussen Reports survey, only 21 percent of Americans give the federal government good or excellent marks for its administration of government benefits to military veterans. However, those who have received the benefits themselves or have a family member who has are less critical.
