The Voice fans have embraced new coach Alicia Keys on the show. Wearing not a stitch of makeup on camera, Keys speaks to artists not just about their talent on the stage but how their music makes her feel spiritually. She showers singers who sing with heart and soul with praise. Keys wants to make the world a better place with music. And she believes it can be done. She has said as much to her team member Wé McDonald, the teenager from Harlem.

During Wé’s rehearsal for her next Top 12 performance, guest advisor Garth Brooks tells Wé, “Every day from here forward is going to be a gift for you.” Listen to the video below; you can hear Alicia Keys purring as he says it. “It just is,” he adds.
