Rachel Zietz is the 15-year-old CEO of Gladiator Lacrosse, a line of lacrosse practice equipment featured on Shark Tank. The Young Entrepreneurs Academy is a national organization that offers a year-long program where middle school and high school students “develop business ideas, write business plans, conduct market research, pitch their plans to a panel of investors, and actually launch and run their own real, legal, fully formed companies and social movements.” While the Young Entrepreneurs Academy is headquartered in Rochester, New York, there are dozens of locations in 36 states.
