Three certified yoga instructors in Charleston, SC have found a way to engage tech-savvy kids with the discipline of yoga. With the help of their Emmy award-winning TV producer friend (and fellow mom) they developed the app “I AM LOVE: Kids’ Yoga Journey”. The app provides fun yoga activities and easy lesson plans – for home, school, the park or the airport. And with its background set as a tour through ancient Egypt, the mood perfectly suits the curious mind and stretches out, so to speak, one’s sense of time.
The kids featured in the videos – deftly demonstrating poses and breathing affirmations and salutations – are the sons and daughters of the yoga moms. They are, from all appearances, at peace.
