Kari Lake jumped in fast when video began to circulate of Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs responding with an expletive after being hounded and videoed at her gym by a reporter from The Gateway Pundit.
Hobbs, of course, defeated Lake — despite her Donald Trump endorsement — for Governor in 2022, and Lake has challenged the results unremittingly since, filing multiple lawsuits that have failed to change the outcome of the election.
After Hobbs used the colorful language for emphasis while telling the reporter to “just f—ing give it up” — that is, to quit with his line of questioning about the 2020 presidential election — Lake took it as a prompt to disparage her former opponent.
[NOTE: Among Democrats, the Hobbs response was immediately deemed iconic, with t-shirts featuring her phrase already available for purchase.]
Lake, evidently triggered by the content and comportment on display in the exchange, called Hobbs “a corrupt, coward and a fraud who knows she stole the election.”
This woman is a corrupt, coward and a fraud who knows she stole the election.

The people will Never "give it a f-cking rest" until our elections are fair and honest. https://t.co/GymGSNhB4V
Lake, as shown below in a video from Sky News, can also be moved to use salty language when she wants to object to views that veer from her own.
When the UK journalist in the video challenges the veracity of Lake’s election fraud claims, tacitly citing dozens of court cases that found no significant election problems, she says “you don’t know what the hell you’re talking about.”
