Brec Bassinger is the 20-year-old actress starring in the new DC Universe series Stargirl on CW. She plays Courtney Whitmore, a high school sophomore who moves to Blue Valley, Nebraska with her family.
Courtney struggles to adapt to small-town life until she discovers a powerful cosmic staff that used to belong to superhero Starman, whom her new stepfather Pat (Luke Wilson) used to work for as his sidekick.
Brec says of her new role, “Every time I put the super suit on, I just feel like man, I can kick some booty.”
When not filming Stargirl, Brec – who’s best known for her role as Bella Dawson on the Nickelodeon series Bella and the Bulldogs — spends time outdoors and often in a cute bikini as seen in the photos above and below. She captioned the yellow gingham print two-piece shot below: “Another day in paradise.”
Brec also spends time with her real-life boyfriend, actor Dylan Summerall.

The two young Texan stars will appear together on the big screen in the forthcoming Saturday at the Starlight with Denise Richards and Abigail Breslin.
Stargirl airs Tuesdays at 8 pm on CW, right before DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.
