NBA legend LeBron James has made big promises to Lakers fans this year, his second year in the purple and gold. And while James is making those promises to Lakers fans in factories and post offices and ad agencies, he’s got a special responsibility to live up to among his celebrity cohort.
It’s Hollywood after all, and the Lakers mean Showtime! Right now there is no celebrity who’s a more prominent Lake Show and LeBron James fan than Rihanna. And James knows he’s going to see her, so he better stay true. (The way Magic Johnson had to see Jack Nicholson in the day.)
Rihanna is so pumped for LeBron that she’s raising the roof (see video above) after an October win over the decidedly non-celebrity Utah Jazz. If Rihanna’s like this in October, imagine what she’ll be like come June, if James and Anthony Davis can deliver on their promises.
