Professional basketball player Kevin Huerter is the 6’7” starting shooting guard on the Atlanta Hawks. The 21-year-old from Albany, New York played college basketball for the Maryland Terrapins for two years before being selected by the Hawks in the 2018 NBA draft. Huerter scored a season-high 29 points in January against the 76ers in a 123-121 victory.
Fun fact: Huerter’s dad played college ball for Siena College, where his brother currently plays.
When not on the court, Huerter spends time with his gorgeous girlfriend Elsa Shafer, who will graduate from Maryland in 2020, and looks amazing in bikinis!
Fun fact: Elsa is the sister of Wolfgang Shafer, graduate assistant football coach at Middle Tennessee State University (Go Blue Raiders!).
The Atlanta Hawks play the New York Knicks on Wednesday, October 16 at Madison Square Garden at 8 pm on ESPN.
