On Season 5 of Celebrity Family Feud, after NFL Super Bowl champion Terry Bradshaw plays against Olympic figure skater Adam Rippon, child actor Hudson Yang of Fresh off the Boat faces Skai Jackson at the podium. 17-year-old Jackson is best known for her role as Zuri Ross in the Disney Channel series Jessie with Peyton List and Cameron Boyce, among others.
Jackson recently attended a charity event to benefit the foundation founded by actress Holly Robinson Peete and her former NFL football player husband Rodney Peete, HollyRod Foundation. It was held at a private estate in Malibu, California.
At the star-studded event, Jackson said “me and this guy were in a bidding war over an auction gift that I’ve been wanting so bad for a while now.” Jackson after about six rounds of bids, “he graciously bowed out and let me have it.” Jackson thanked the man by name — retired NBA basketball star Dwyane Wade — and his wife, actress and America’s Got Talent judge Gabrielle Union “for letting me take that one.”
