Pooch Selfie is a device designed to help dog owners capture “frame-worthy pictures with your best friend.” The photo attachment includes a bright tennis ball which attracts the eye of your pooch. The inventor of Pooch Selfie, Jason Hernandez of San Diego, California, pitches his pet product on Shark Tank on March 17. He gets emotional talking about his invention on the show. (Unfortunately, dog lover Shark Robert Herjavec is not on this episode: in his place is Miami Dolphins vice chairman, guest Shark Matt Higgins.)

The Pooch Selfie retails for $9.99 on Amazon (see link above) and a squeaker ball for “maximum attention grabbing.” The product is getting 5-star reviews and hilarious questions including this one: “Will it hold a hot dog? My dog doesn’t care about balls, he’s too lazy.” This is the best response: “No. You could tape a hotdog to a tennis ball, though.”
