Moink is a meat box subscription service that delivers humanely raised and ethically sourced food including wild caught salmon, grass-fed beef, pastured pork, grass-fed lamb and pastured chicken. The founder of Moink, Lucinda Cramsey of La Belle, Missouri (population 641), is pitching her food delivery business on Shark Tank on Sunday, March 10. She has the good fortune of presenting in front of Kevin O’Leary who invested in the food subscription delivery company Plated which sold for $300 million, and Mark Cuban who invested in Echo Valley Meats.

Cramsey says she plans to watch the Shark Tank episode with her husband, two kids and, well, the whole town. “Our entire small town will meet up at the only place we can meet, which is the bar. We are having a good ole fashioned carry-in.” According to one interview, “the Cramseys don’t have a TV or cable or high-speed internet.” New episodes of Shark Tank air Sundays at 10 pm on ABC, right after American Idol.
