Singer Nick Merico is auditioning for Season 2 of American Idol. It’s not the young man’s first audition. The 23-year-old is a professional actor. Merico is best known for his role as Daniel Miller (Emma, the star’s crush) on Nickelodeon’s TV series Every Witch Way which ended in 2018, and the 2014 movie Every Witch Way: Spellbound.
