A young woman named Dakota is the protagonist of the Lifetime movie Her Worst Nightmare. She’s already been through a lot. Dakota was kidnapped and abused by a sick man. It was just one year ago, when she was rescued. The brave survivor does her best to move on with her life. She’s pursuing a college degree in psychology when she fears that her kidnapper is back and stalking her. No one believes her so Dakota has to take matters into her own hands and end her nightmare once and for all.
Dakota is portrayed by Claire Blackwelder. The young actress from Boise, Idaho made her debut in the 2014 TV series 101 Ways to Get Rejected. She’s also known for her roles as Kendall Morgan aka Purple Dino Charge Ranger in the Nickelodeon TV series Power Rangers Dino Charge (see photo below), and as victim Amy Watkins in the compelling 2016 TV movie Stalked by My Doctor: The Return (SEE LINK ABOVE) with Eric Roberts as the creepy doctor. Her Worst Nightmare premieres on Lifetime on Sunday, August 26 (Blackwelder’s birthday!) at 8pm.
