On Season 5 of Love & Hip Hop Hollywood, while Lyrica loses her cool with A1 over rumors about her and Safaree hooking up, Moniece loses her cool too. At her girlfriend’s fashion show — A.D. Diggs‘ gender-neutral line “Digg the Kicks” — Princess interrupts the show and calls out Moniece for spreading rumors about Ray’s sister Brandy being her surrogate. She also accuses Moniece of faking being a lesbian to get attention. But that wasn’t what got Moniece to pick up a chair and threaten to throw it at pregnant Princess. That was provoked when Princess says, “Maybe I’ll show you how to be a good mother too.”
VH1 confirmed that AD and Moniece have since broken up. According to both women, it was AD’s decision to go their separate ways. “I guess there is indeed no hope for repair,” Moniece wrote. “Feeling isn’t mutual and I desperately wished things could have been different.” Love & Hip Hop Hollywood airs Mondays at 8pm on VH1.
