The Season 1 finale episode of S.W.A.T., “Hoax,” a fake 911 call has Hondo (Shemar Moore) and the SWAT team chasing down a terrorist group that’s setting off bombs in local communities. Meanwhile, Jim Street’s (Alex Russell) relationship with his recently paroled mother, Karen (Sherilyn Fenn), is tested when his uncle shows up demanding the antique gold necklace hanging from her neck. Then Jim’s uncle explains why, saying it belonged to his mother and Karen is wearing it as “some sort of sick trophy after killing my brother.”
