In the Season 4 episode of Gotham, “A Dark Knight: One Bad Day,” the city of Gotham falls into complete anarchy thanks to the dapper and devilish Jeremiah Valeska (Cameron Monaghan). After Mayor Burke (Larry Pine) promoted Gordon (Ben Mackenzie) to police captain, Burke has been nowhere to be found. Holden Pritchard is the Interim Mayor of Gotham City. But for how long seems to be up to Jeremiah not Gordon.
