Young entrepreneur Kaeya Majmundar was a college student at Emory University when she pitched her BZBox prototype (a collapsible storage box) on Shark Tank in 2014. It was a memorable presentation. Majmundar was relentless with her pleas for a deals — but she did not get an investment for BZBox. The self-described hustler did, however, get a mentor in the Queen of QVC Lori Greiner.

After graduating from college (class of 2015), Majmundar launched her own product development and marketing company, Kaeyos, Inc. She has since launched a second product, Zip Tank (a patented convertible tank top tote bag), which was featured on Project Runway. According to her LinkedIn account, Majmundar – who is now 22 years old — is currently working at the tech startup Gwynnie Bee, an online clothing subscription service headquartered in San Francisco. Majmundar joined Gwynnie Bee under the mentorship of the company’s CEO, Christine Hunsicker, former President and COO of Right Media which was bought by Yahoo in 2007 for $680 million.
