In the Teen Mom OG episode “Something Blue,” while Amber Portwood shares her pregnancy news with her daughter Amber, Catelynn Lowell spends quality time with her daughter Nova. Catelynn’s husband Tyler Baltierra is in Austin, Texas, where he’s helping his troubled father Butch Baltierra check into BRC Recovery, an alcohol and drug addiction treatment center. There are about 25 other men at the facility. As one of the employees tells Butch, “There’s a lot of support, if you want to reach out for it.”
When it’s time for Tyler to leave, both men get emotional. When Butch gives Tyler a big hug, he tells his son he loves him and he think he’s the best. Tyler reciprocates “I love you too, Dad,” he says. Tyler gets choked up and says, “You’re the best.” We’re rooting for you, Butch! Teen Mom OG airs Mondays at 9pm on MTV.
