In the Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta episode “Rack It Up,” talent manager Ms. Deb Antney is at her office when she gets a call. She’s told that her client Jhonni Blaze is at the Flame (a strip club in Atlanta), dancing.” Ms. Deb is not happy. When she shows up and finds Jhonni on stage performing, Ms. Deb orders Jhonni to get the bleep down. The 27-year-old Jhonni has a history of stripping and working as the vixen in music videos for Chris Brown and French Montana, among others.

Before Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta, Jhonni Blaze (born Jzapal Jackson in New York), was on Season 5 of Love & Hip Hop, where she was working with and dating music producer Rich Dollaz. She had a hard time separating the two (work and pleasure). Good thing she found Ms. Deb. Together they’re working on The Naked Truth which is all about Jhonni’s past as a stripper. As Ms. Deb says, “The truth is she [Jhonni] stripped naked for real, to be unveiled. This is what you get — The Naked Truth.” In an interview with Power 105.1’s The Sitdown with EmEz (see below), Jhonni explained why she revealed everything in the album: “Why not Eminem myself before you all do.” She adds, “Gotta 8 mile my damn self.” Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta airs Thursdays at 9pm on WE.
