Lifetime is airing a handful of episodes of Fit 2 Fat 2 Fit. The host of the show is fitness trainer Drew Manning. He reveals his biggest failure up front – training his brother in law. “No matter how hard I tried, I failed to help,” says Drew. That’s when Drew decided he was the problem. He had to walk in his brother-in-law’s footsteps so he ate what his brother in law ate and gained 75 lbs. on purpose. After that, together they were able to lose the weight. For the show, four trainers are replicating Drew’s experience — branded Fit2Fat2Fit — to help someone they love. There’s a wife Jessi who’s doing it for her husband Jeremy. There is a couple of sisters (Felicia doing it for Toni), and two sets of friends Willie for Quincy, and Eric for Lori.

Before becoming a fitness trainer and author (see link above), Manning was a medical technician. He’s a 37-year-old single dad to two cute daughters, see adorable Christmas photos below. He says, “My girls and I have a pizza night at least once a week when I have them. But instead of greasy, carb dense, expensive take out we make Chicken Pizza!” The Fit2Fat2Fit marathon starts on Monday, January 8 at 8pm on Lifetime.
