As the golf world gathers this week around the Presidents Cup battle at Liberty National, Dustin Johnson will be a main cog for the US Team, his girlfriend Paulina will be the focus of a lot of cameras, and Tiger Woods will be there too — as a Vice Captain, not a player.

But it’s the playa — not the player — aspect of Woods’ reputation that makes this photo so suggestive, as all the comments the picture draws suggest. (Look, Ms. Gretzky didn’t post it so people wouldn’t comment.) Sure it’s just two people smiling innocently in a big crowd at a party — but those two people are sometimes-sex-gets-me-into-trouble Tiger Woods and full time sex symbol Paulina Gretzky, who happens to be also the full time love interest of golf superstar Dustin Johnson. And Tiger, for a guy made his living intimidating the rest of the tour, is pretty well liked out there by all the guys he used to beat on. Obviously, all the snide comments about how Johnson better watch out (“Tiger about to attack”) are just that — snide comments.
