In the Hallmark Channel movie The Art of Us, art professor Harper Higgins (Taylor Cole) is curating a big exhibition at the university where she works and hopes to get tenure. When her showcase artist drops out of the show, she discovers that her handsome dog walker Tom is a fabulous painter and deserves to be in the gallery — but she has to tell a lie that snowballs into an avalanche to make it happen. And yes, they fall in love.
Tom is portrayed by Steve Lund. The Canadian-born actor is known for his roles on Reign (Luc), Schitt’s Creek (Jake), Bitten (Nick Sorrentino), and Haven (James Cogan), among others. Fun fact: He’s 6’3” tall! The Art of Us premieres on May 20 at 9pm on Hallmark Channel. It will air again on May 21 at 7pm, May 27 at 7pm, May 28 at 1pm, and June 25 at 5 pm.
