Diana Pombo is one of the youngest dancers competing on the televised dance competition World of Dance. When she performs on stage, the petite and powerful contemporary dancer makes the audience gasp. The 11-year-old from Miami, Florida says “I’ve been naturally hyper since the day I was born, and I haven’t stopped.” Diana’s mother attests that “She (Diana) danced in my tummy when I was pregnant with her.” World of Dance producer/judge Jennifer Lopez is impressed. JLo leans in to fellow judge Ne-Yo to point out that the little dancer “just wiped her head with her foot!”

Diana is in the Junior division (ages 8 to 16) on World of Dance. If she makes it to the finals, she will go head-to-head with the top qualifier in the Upper division (17+, groups of 4) and the Teams division (17+, 5-20 performers) and vie for the $1 million prize. World of Dance airs Tuesdays at 10pm on NBC, right after America’s Got Talent.
