In the Season 4 premiere episode of Southern Charm, ‘While the Kat’s Away…’, Thomas Ravenel and his ex Kathryn Dennis are in a nasty custody battle over their two children — toddlers Kensie and Saint. Sure there are other plots unraveling like Cameran Eubanks trying to reel in Shep Rose and Landon Clements having a new boyfriend but let’s face it, all eyes will be on Kathryn when she returns.

Days before the premiere, Kathryn thanked her fans on Instagram for supporting her during “the most difficult time of my life.” She says in Season 4 of Southern Charm she will debut “the metamorphosis of me.” Southern Charm airs Mondays at 9pm on Bravo.
