On The Bachelor, Nick Viall gets a surprise visit from former Bachelorette Andi Dorfman who broke his heart in 2014. Afterwards, he’s forced to send one of the four finalists home. After the dramatic rose ceremony, Nick and the final three will travel separately to Lapland, Finland. Of course he’s excited about the week-long trip which includes “overnights and fantasy suite dates.” But Nick also says he feels vulnerable. “Love is a two way street and you can lose it at any point.” (Stop laughing!)
What Nick should be looking for in Lapland is gold. While Lapland is the largest and northernmost region of Finland, it is the least densely populated area in the country (pop. 180,858). Most of the gold used to mint Finnish gold coins comes from Lapland. The Bachelor airs Mondays at 8pm on ABC.
