Scott Lininger and Aidan Chopra are the two former Google employees who created Bitsbox, a free website and monthly subscription service designed to teach kids how to code apps for real devices. Lininger and Chopra are pitching Bitsbox on Shark Tank (February 17). Their chances of getting an offer are very high for 3 reasons:
1. The Sharks love STEM-rooted businesses.
2. Bitsbox has Google pedigree. (You might as well say you went to Harvard and got an MBA from Wharton.)
3. The entrepreneurial duo sold a startup company to Google in 2007.

When not coding, Lininger spends his nights and weekends writing fiction — mystery novels for adults and kids. His first novel is Guesswork, where the protagonist is a carnival worker who can tell you your weight and profession just by looking at you. Lininger and Chopra will pitch Bitsbox on Shark Tank (February 17) which airs Fridays at 9pm on ABC.
