The beginning of the Hallmark Channel movie Love Locks finds Lindsey and Jack, two beautiful American college students, studying in Paris. They fall in love. But things take a turn when they partake in the local tradition of adding a lock to the city’s Pont des Arts. When the lock falls off the bridge before fastening it, Lindsey accuses Jack of doing it on purpose and vice versa. Twenty years pass and Lindsey returns to Paris to “rediscover” herself but there she bumps into her “first love” Jack and yes, they fall in love again. It is Paris, after all.
Lindsey is portrayed by Rebecca Romijn, and Jack is portrayed by her real-life husband Jerry O’Connell. As an actress, the former Victoria’s Secret model is known for her roles on The Librarians (Eve Baird), Eastwick (Roxie), Ugly Betty (Alexis Meade), and Just Shoot Me! (David Spade’s girlfriend Adrienne Barker), among others. Romijn is also recognized for her role as Mystique in X-Men and X-Men 2. Love Locks premieres on Hallmark Channel on Saturday, January 28 at 9pm.
