On the NCIS episode ‘Willoughby’, while M16 Officer Clayton Reeves (Duane Henry) is undercover, NCIS searches for a businessman who’s using acts of terror to manipulate the stock market. Agent Bishop (Emily Wickersham) is on the case and is joined by her boyfriend Qasim Nassir who likes to think of himself as “a sexy spy.” While Qasim translates one particular Afghan conversation, together they find a break in the case.
Qasim Naasir is portrayed by Rafi Silver. He’s also known for his roles on Shameless (Woody Martin) and NCIS: Los Angeles (Ali Hanna). Fun fact: Silver was one of the writers on the TV mini-series Hollywood Hitmen. NCIS airs Tuesdays at 8pm on CBS.
