There are three chefs left standing on Hell’s Kitchen, Season 16 – Kimberly Ann Ryan, Heather Williams, and Heidi Parent. In the last episode before the finale, the final three must cook for four well-known chefs — Bruce Kalman, Steve Samson, Mette Williams and Alessio Biagini. The winner of the challenge gets a helicopter tour of Los Angeles and “treated” to lunch with Gordon Ramsay.

According to the Hell’s Kitchen Facebook page, while most fans agree that the three finalists were the best of the lot (“I like them all” is the overall sentiment), many predict a final face-off between Ryan and Heidi, with Ryan ultimately winning. You’ll have to tune in to find out who Ramsay picks on Hell’s Kitchen which airs Thursdays at 8pm on FOX.
