Solemates is a product designed to protect high heel shoes. They slide over the bottoms of the heels so when walking across grass, the heels won’t get scuffed. The two entrepreneurs behind Solemates, Monica Ferguson and Becca Brown, pitched their fashion accessories business on Shark Tank in October 2016. They walked away with a $500,000 investment from one of the most dapper Sharks, Robert Herjavec. (He got 20 percent equity in exchange for the half-million.)
Since Shark Tank, Solemates is proud to announce that their product is available in more than 4,000 CVS stores. They’ve also launched Solemates shoe fresheners, and a natural and unscented blister relief balm to their high heel empire (see link above).
