On the Teen Mom OG episode ‘Surprise Surprise’, small business owner Farrah Abraham taps into bullying tactics that GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump would be proud of. At her frozen yogurt store, she initiates a conversation with the store manager, Kiana. When Farrah asks “What happened Friday night?” Kiana calmly explains the difficulty she had with some of the equipment. “I was frustrated.” Farrah (who refuses to take off a ridiculous pair of sunglasses, see below) tells Kiana that she “needs to be more in touch with yourself” and doesn’t allow Kiana to fully air her grievances about a lack of training. “I’ve never been mistreated like this,” says Kiana. “I feel like you’re passing blame onto me.”
Farrah is quick to say: “There’s no blame” and then within the same breath says, “You can blame me. It’s my fault and you should not have worked here.” Teen Mom OG airs Mondays at 9pm on MTV.
