In the Dance Moms Season 6 episode ‘Abby’s New Beginning,’ dance instructor Abby Lee Miller choreographs a group routine called “The Saints” inspired by New Orleans, which she says “celebrates new beginnings.” Abby says she’s all about looking to the future. She’s in such a good mood (at the beginning) that she promises the mothers that she won’t pick favorites anymore. Soon after, Abby is called out for favoring Brynn Rumfallo, who gets to perform a duet with guest boy dancer Yadiel Figueroa.
Yadiel trains at The Rock Center for Dance in Las Vegas, Nevada. He said he “had a lot of fun” doing the duet with Brynn and getting to know the rest of the crew including Nia Frazier, Kendall Vertes, JoJo Siwa, Kalani Hilliker, and fellow boy dancer Will Simmons. But after the competition in San Jose, Yadiel was taken to the emergency room (see photo below). Abby says “he’s just fine!” Dance Moms airs Tuesdays at 9pm on Lifetime.
