TLC is showing a one-hour episode of Baby Bodybuilders. If enough people watch it, they’ll turn it into a series. The first episode, which will premiere on August 1 at 9pm, features Bo and Cap Ice – they’re pre-teen brothers trained by their father Bobby and encouraged by mother Alicia. The cameras follow the Ice family from Virginia to Las Vegas where they compete for “the Best Body in America” for their age groups. It was the boys’ first time in an airplane and their first time in Vegas.
Bobby Ice uploads a lot of videos on YouTube showing how the boys train, including the time Bo broke his 2600 sit-up record seven months ago (see below). Baby Bodybuilders premieres on TLC on August 1 at 9pm.
