Kadie Lynn Roberson is the 12-year-old country singer on Season 11 of America’s Got Talent who hails from a Texas town so small that there’s just one traffic light. For her AGT audition, Kadie Lynn belted out Merle Haggard’s 1987 song Twinkle Twinkle, Lucky Star and the crowd (and judges) fell in love with her immediately. Simon Cowell said AGT is designed to mine for talent. “You dig and dig. And every so often you find a little diamond — and that’s who we found today with you.”

Since her audition on America’s Got Talent, Kadie Lynn has been flooded with fan appreciation. Right before the AGT Judge Cuts (July 13), Kadie Lynn reported on Twitter that she had to close her Snapchat account “because I seriously thought my phone would blow up into flames.” America’s Got Talent airs Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 8pm on NBC.
