Former Playboy Playmate of the Year Dani Mathers was a little put-off at the gym by a woman not as beautiful as she is — superficially anyway. Mathers posted a pic of the offending naked body in the gym, adding a classic “mean girls“-style she’s-not-gorgeous-like-I-am-comment. Mathers basically said the equivalent of “Eew, gross,” while sharing the photo.
And guess what? The beauty queen didn’t get away with the body shaming. She got fired from her radio job and banned from the gym, LA Fitness, for life. You just don’t do stuff like that, being the consensus. Mathers apologized, of course, saying it was an accident to send it to everyone. Which even if true means she meant to send it to someone — with the insult intact. LA Fitness will be commended for making the mean girl pay. An LA Fitness rep reportedly told TMZ: “Her behavior is appalling and puts every member’s privacy at risk. We have handled this internally and also notified the police.”
