Hold on to that crown, Momma Dee, there’s a new queen in the A. Karen “KK” King has joined the cast of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. She’s known as the former momager to sons Scrapp DeLeon and Sas (of the teen rap group Da Razkalz Cru). On behalf of her sons, KK negotiated major deals with Akon’s Konvict music and T-Pain. Her sons are grown now – Scrapp manages Sas as a solo artist, but that doesn’t mean KK isn’t involved in their lives.
On Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, KK says she hopes to mentor some of the younger ladies on the show who are running their own businesses. “I respect that,” she says. But is she willing to help her son Scrapp’s girlfriend Tommie? Love & Hip Hop Atlanta airs Mondays at 8pm on VH1.
