Owen Danoff is one of the Top 12 on Season 1o of The Voice. He’s the unique talent on Team Adam who likes to sing rock/folk songs like Bob Dylan’s “Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right” and “Hero” by indie rock band Family of the Year. His appearance — messy hair and plaid collared shirts — have worked so far. But Owen has recently let The Voice give him a new look.
Owen is sporting a new, modern haircut and has even given into a manicure (see photo below). Now the manicure could be chalked up to just taking care of the equipment — those fingers are the tools of Owen’s trade. But the artists who have won The Voice before have made a point of showing their versatility, and their ability to step up their games. Think the new, polished look will help Owen advance? The Beatles famously went the other way — from polished to scruffy. But this is a new, far more visual age. The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
