Quit Your Day Job is the new reality TV show that shines the light on four investors — Ido Leffler, Sarah Prevette, Lauren Maillian, and Randi Zuckerberg — and the millennial entrepreneurs who want their money. The entrepreneurs don’t just pitch their ideas on the show, they’re forced to prove that their ideas will work — with under-the-gun challenges. It’s like Shark Tank meets Project Runway.
Sarah Prevette is the founder of Sprouter, the online platform that provides real-time advice to startups, which was acquired by Postmedia in 2011. Since then she’s built BetaKit, the technology news website that was acquired in 2013, and BrandProject, a firm that invests in early-stage startups. Prevette is also founder and CEO of Future Design School (FDS) based in Toronto, Canada. Quit Your Day Job airs Wednesdays at 10pm on Oxygen.
