On the New Girl episode “The Apartment,” Cece (Hannah Simone) is moving into the loft. And while her new roommates are busy at work – Jess (Zooey Deschanel) needs to finish the school’s budget and Winston (Lamorne Morris) gets a new partner – Cece’s soon-to-be former roommate, Russian model Nadia, makes an appearance. How Nadia will react to Cece’s move will be entertaining.
Nadia is portrayed by real-life model and standup comedian Rebecca Reid. The 5’9” actress isn’t really Russian. She was born in London to a Ukrainian mother and Scottish father. When not on New Girl or Comedy Central’s I Live with Models, Reid is performing at the Hollywood Improv or Comedy Store. New Girl airs Tuesdays at 8pm on FOX.
