In the Castle episode “The Blame Game,” while Beckett (Stana Katic) tries to find Castle (Nathan Fillion) who’s been abducted and forced to solve weird mind games with a group of strangers, Beckett’s colleagues Jon Huertas (Javier Esposito) and Seamus Dever (Kevin Ryan) have to deal with the media. In one scene they’re confronted by TV reporter Lila Campo.
Lila Campo is portrayed by real life TV personality Amy Robach. She’s best known as one of the anchors on Good Morning America. Prior to GMA, Robach was a correspondent on 20/20, The View, ABC World News Tonight with David Muir, Entertainment Tonight, Today, and NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt. P.S. Robach is the wife of Melrose Place actor Andrew Shue, and the author of Better: How I Let Go of Control, Held On to Hope, and Found Joy in My Darkest Hour, her memoir about battling breast cancer. Castle airs Mondays at 10pm on ABC.
