Cornelius Rhodes is portrayed by D.W. Moffett. The Chicago native is best known for his roles on Switched at Birth (John Kennish), Hot in Cleveland (Chester), Happily Divorced (Elliot), Friday Night Lights (Joe McCoy), Crossing Jordan (Detective Eddy Winslow), and in the mid 1980s on the soap opera As the World Turns (Dr. Peter Chapin).
