Controversial GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump doesn’t believe much about President Barack Obama — his doubts about Obama begin way back at the president’s birth. But yesterday Trump told Fox News that Obama’s much talked about tears during a speech on gun control were honest and real, in his opinion. “I actually think he was sincere,” Trump said, noting the opinion may cost him in the polls.
Trump used the damning-with-faint-praise style to take a stand against Obama’s proposed executive action on guns, saying “he [Obama] probably means well.” But that the president is “incorrect” and taking “chunks out of the Second Amendment.”
