Cousins Maine Lobster founders Jim Tselikis and Sabin Lomac negotiated a deal with investor Barbara Corcoran on Shark Tank, Season 4. The food truck company continues to provide fresh Maine lobster rolls in several Los Angeles neighborhoods but now the cousins want to offer customers a dine-in experience. They found a great space in West Hollywood, a popular neighborhood for the trucks, but on Beyond the Tank, Corcoran thinks they should hold off.

Well…the cousins went ahead with the expansion and with a flourish. At the restaurant – located on 8593 Santa Monica Boulevard – they’re selling $15 Maine Lobster Rolls and Lobster BLTs, and the doors are open every day, 11am to 10pm (Mondays they close at 9pm). They’ve also added a Lobster Martini ($16) to the menu. It’s grilled Maine lobster served in a martini glass, garnished with a lobster-stuffed olive and lemon and drawn butter. Hope Corcoran comes around to the idea – there are photos of her smiling with the cousins hanging on the wall! Beyond the Tank airs Thursdays at 8pm on ABC.
