In the TV movie The House Sitter, Sara Lawrence (Kate Ashfield) calls her house sitter Rebecca to let her know that the family is cutting their vacation short. When Sara learns that Rebecca’s next house sitting job doesn’t pan out, she invites Rebecca to stay with them, until she gets another job. “Our house is your house for the next few days,” Sara tells Rebecca. Boy, will she regret saying that. Rebecca is obsessed with the Lawrence family and is willing to do some pretty crazy things in order to stay.
Rebecca is portrayed by Ashley Dulaney. She’s appeared on many TV shows including Chasing Life, Justified (Caprice), Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Criminal Minds, Scandal, and the TV movie Babysitter’s Black Book. You can see Dulaney next on Workaholics in the 2016 episode ‘Save the Cat’ (she plays Britt). The House Sitter will premiere on Lifetime on December 27 at 9pm. It will air again on December 28 at 1am, December 29 at 10pm, and December 30 at 2am.
