In the TV movie A Christmas Melody, single mom Kristen (Lacey Chabert) makes the painful decision to leave Manhattan and relocate to Ohio with her young daughter Emily (Fina Strazza). In her home town, Kristen runs into some familiar faces including her old high school rival Melissa (Mariah Carey, who directs the movie) and her Aunt Sarah, who’s sweet and runs the local coffee shop. It’s not easy to go home but Aunt Sarah – and the cute music teacher in town, Danny (Brennan Elliott) — certainly make it a little easier for Kristen.
