Entrepreneur Shelton Wilder pitched her product, The Shemie, an attractive, modern slip for women, on Shark Tank. It was memorable because Wilder broke down in tears. When asked why she hadn’t sold any Shemies prior to the show, Wilder admits that she recently sold a similar product with her best friend but that partnership quickly fell through. They “eventually went bankrupt from partying too much.”

Wilder didn’t get a deal with any of the Sharks. Although she continues to host The Shemie website, on the About page she says that she’s pursuing real estate in Malibu. She writes, “With the success of my real estate career, I will be able to pursue Shemie on my own.” However, none of the products advertised on the website are available. P.S. Since Shark Tank, Wilder got married and had two children.
