But after three years of experimental medicine, the ladies are questioning her illness and her alternative approaches. With Kyle and Lisa present, Lisa Rinna purges herself of information regarding Munchausen Syndrome, or what is commonly referred to as factitious disorder. Someone with the disorder tells improbable stories of their past medical experiences, feigns illness to draw attention to themselves and sympathy from others, and convinces people that they need extraordinary treatment.

Lisa Rinna doesn’t feel good about it. “I feel like I just have to purge myself for the fact that I even questioned it.” But she is questioning Yolanda’s illness. “Is it real?” she asks.
