Rolodoc is an app designed by two Arizona doctors who happened to be brothers, Drs. Albert and Richard Amini. Rolodoc is designed for physicians like the Aminis to upload and display their medical records. The idea was to present a directory of doctors and medical professionals for patients. When the Aminis pitched the app on Shark Tank, it sounded like a good idea at first but the Aminnis failed to communicate how they would get doctors to sign up or how they would market or advertise the app.

Shark Tank’s Barbara Corcoran called it “the worse sales presentation I’ve heard.” And Mark Cuban actually got out of his chair to tell the doctors that was the “worst pitch ever.” Rolodoc never got its feet off the ground but patients can always look up a doctor via the AMA’s DoctorFinder.
