Shelley Ehler is the mother of two sons. One day, while at the swimming pool, she found herself struggling to help both her boys get changed at the same time. That’s when she came up with the idea for Show No Towels. It’s basically a bath towel with a hole in the middle that slips over the head like a poncho. Ehler got a patent for her towel and licensed it to water parks including Six Flags Magic Mountain and LEGOLAND in California.

After six years of being buried in towels. Ehler has decided to “throw in the towel.” According to her blog post dated August 13, 2015, Ehler wrote that her “Shark Tank deal [with Lori Greiner] turned to crap.” Ehler added, “I once cursed my ‘Shark Partner’ for kicking me to the curb. But now I thank her. She taught me so much more than she thought she did and none of it was about business.” ShowNo Towels are no longer available on the ShowNo website. However, there are many similiar designs and featuring Disney, Nickelodeon, Marvel and Mattel characters, including Thomas the Train, available on Amazon (see above).
